The Role; The Marketing Manager will be an experienced, B2B marketer with a desire to make a real impact in a fast-growing, international business? As an IT Security Consultancy growing in an expanding market, the marketing manager will be winning new clients to drive growth both in the UK and abroad. The successful Marketing Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. Your core focus will be on building and driving growth in the lead generation function. Managing a team of UK based internal sales executives and Global external lead generation agents, you will be the driver of lead generation campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels increasing leads, appointments and tracking ROI. The Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate experience in driving marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness through SEO, social media, PR, events direct marketing and developing sales support collateral. The successful Marketing Manager will be based within commutable distance from Brighton & Hove. The Marketing Manager salary is £38-42k,plus bonus and benefits package including share options, pension scheme and more, is on offer to the right candidate. Key Candidate Criteria: Previous experience in B2B is a must and experience working for an IT Company or in IT Security will be an advantage. Previous experience in working with a smaller, growing, dynamic, fast-paced organisation. Team player, happily working in and motivating teams for success. Previous experience in SEO, social media, content marketing and digital direct marketing. Managing the marketing budget and delivering ROI. A strong creative outlook with excellent copywriting skills. High attention to detail. Be the ‘protector of the brand’ at all times. Responsibility for maintaining brand management and ZeroDayLab’s corporate identity.
