Marketing Administrator

 

A pharmaceutical firm in Corby is looking for a new Marketing Administrator. The Marketing Administrator will conduct a wide range of administrative duties for the commercial team within GB to help achieve the commercial goals of the organisation.

The Marketing Administrator main duties will be:

 

  • Manage procurement of marketing items (e.g. print material, media space, promotional items) for the GB business by gaining quotes, issuing purchase orders and organising payment
  • Manage invoices from marketing vendors as appropriate and organising prompt payment
  • Contact external suppliers for quotes
  • Answering the office telephone and re-directing calls as required, including Pharmacovigilance calls and taking immediate action
  • Assist in organisation and implementation of customer events and exhibitions
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
  • Write and proofread copy as required
  • Upload material to the website(s), social media pages
  • Help design and place advertisements
  • Communications to salesforce, including seasonal product promotions
  • Liaise with graphic and website designers
  • Help with product marketing presentations by assembling content
  • Visit clients and attend trade shows and exhibitions (when permitted and appropriate)
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by management

The Marketing Administrator will need relevant marketing administration.

The Marketing Administrator salary is £18-20k + benefits.
