Commercial Administrator. An Avonmouth based flooring firm need an administrator to work from their Avonmouth offices 7:30-16:30 Monday to Friday. You will work in the commercial department collating orders, setting up projects and processing general information.
The duties will include:
- Collating and setting up new orders
- Setting up survey packs for site measures and calculating approximate material quantities
- Coordinating surveys requested and returned to manage workflow for the commercial team
- Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed and material schedules for ordering (by others)
- Filing/Administration
- Daily checks of the commercial team voice message system, delivering messages when and where necessary
- Provide holiday cover for the Commercial Department when required
- Any additional tasks as requested by Commercial Director or commercial Manager
You will need:
- Recent administration experience
- Strong attention to detail skills and an ability to maintain them whilst working under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- A sound commercial approach to problems and solving them
- Proficient in IT (especially Excel, preferably Callidus)
- Proven track record within flooring would be desirable
- Full clean UK driving licence would be desirable
Hours of work are 7:30-16:30 Monday to Friday.
