Publisher. A Bristol based events, conferences and awards firm are seeking a Digital Publisher to manage the development of existing and new features and content ideas from concept to completion. The Publisher will be able to bring ideas to life that engage, recognise and empower the community.
The Publisher will work with the Head of Content, marketing teams and journalists to ensure content is delivered to the company’s audiences via the most appropriate channels and partners. You will ensure all content is of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of output and providing regular feedback to the team and clients.
You will work with the team to create the annual content plan, secure internal buy-in and position the commercial opportunities to our clients.
Content could be face to face including roundtable discussions and social media interviews on TikTok or Reels or virtual including webinars and fireside chats.
Online features include top 30 lists, industry reports and surveys.
The right candidate will get their teeth into the role, seeking to expand the breadth of the firm’s brand into new formats and markets.

Requirements
The successful Publisher candidate will be educated to degree level, with strong written and verbal skills. Entrepreneurial in nature, you will be a confident individual with the ability to multi-task and propose new ideas to colleagues, with sound social media and communication skills. You should have an interest in technology, marketing and possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive mindset. Most importantly you’ll be a team player with the ability to grasp the industries the company serve quickly.
Experience of Affiliate Marketing, Partner Marketing and Influencer Marketing is
an advantage but not essential.
The Publisher salary is depending on experience, £30-45k + benefits
