Performance Leader

Performance Leader. A Bristol based contact centre are looking for a new Performance Leader to join the team. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager the Performance Leader / Team Leader will manage a team size of 15 plus agents making outbound calls B2C in a fundraising environment.

The Performance Leader / Team Leader will coach, develop, manage and develop the team members from pre-shift brief through to end, managing sales, performance and coaching / development KPIs.

The Performance Leader / Team Leader will need to be Bristol based and will work 40 hours a week, 10:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, 9:30-18:30 on a Saturday, five days a week.

The Performance Leader / Team Leader will need fundraising experience and will most likely have some team lead / management experience.

The Performance Leader / Team Leader salary is £20488 plus bonus
