The Customer Service Advisor / Telesales Executive will be articulate with great communication skills, able to sell solutions in a customer focused way to people in need of the companies products and services / help. We are looking for people who care, are empathic, who can build rapport and who can communicate with all audiences, adapting their approach to fit their audience.

The Customer Service Advisor / Telesales Executive will need:

  • Great customer service experience, ideally sales or telesales experience
  • Good communication skills – listening skills, relationship building skills, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • To be a people person – rapport building, empathy, understanding
  • To have lots of enthusiasm, passion to help and be a great team player
