Training and Development Assistant

Training and Development Assistant. A central Bristol based contact centre require a Training and Development Assistant to join the team. The Training and Development Assistant will be monitoring call quality, ensuring the team deliver top quality appointments. The Training and Development Assistant will be expected to bring some trainer expertise, bringing in new techniques and methods whilst continuing with the current training programmes. 

The Training and Development Assistant responsibilities:

  • Participating in inductions with new recruits 
  • Carrying out regular call quality checks and providing advice to the agents
  • Developing pitches for different departments
  • Tracking individual and team progress
  • Providing training literature and regularly updating existing resources
  • Participating in recruitment and interviews 
  • The ability to regularly motivate all call centre staff 
  • Create and run individual and team incentives
  • Regularly communicating with the management team

The Training and Development Assistant will need:

  • Experience of working in a busy call centre 
  • A tactful approach to giving feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A self-disciplined self-starter
  • The desire to develop a team of agents  
  • The ability to prioritise work 
  • Excellent rapport building skills 
  • Confident at using computer systems

The Training and Development Assistant salary is £23k plus commission, £32k OTE
