Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager. A Bristol based charity fundraising contact centre business are looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to join the team.

The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager role is Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30, ideally the successful candidate will be Bristol based working hybrid, one day a week in the office. Although this position can be entirely remote / work from home for the right candidate.

The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager will manage and develop the relationships with the company’s charity clients in order to maximise the income generated. The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager will liaise with all departments with the company to deliver successful fundraising campaigns producing the required gross margin and ROI.

The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager’s role will involve extensive client liaison, maintaining close working relationships with clients, ensuring retention of client business and cross selling additional services as well as campaign set up, campaign delivery and review.

The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager will need:

  • Relationship management / account management skills
  • Experience of the charity sector or telephone fundraising
  • Strong administration skills with a good attention to detail
  • Sales and negotiation ability

The Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager salary is £23.5- 26k depending on skills and experience.
