Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor. A Bradley Stoke wills and trust firm is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join the team. The Customer Service Advisors can be either full time or part time with the full time Customer Service Advisor working 3 days a week 9-5 and 2 days a week 12-8pm. This is a permanent position.

The Customer Service Advisor will take predominantly inbound calls and guide existing customers through various processes and gather relevant information. There may be some outbound calling, following up previous contact and assisting customers.

The Customer Service Advisor will need previous recent customer service experience. The Customer Service Advisor would benefit from working in a financial or legal environment. The Customer Service Advisor would benefit from outbound calling experience. The Customer Service Advisor will be engaging, dynamic, results driven, a good problem solver, caring, organised and diligent.

The Customer Service Advisor salary is initially £17-20k plus bonus and benefits and training.
