Senior Customer Service Advisor / Sales Advisor. A Bradley Stoke wills and trust firm is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join the team. The Senior Customer Service Advisor is a full time position which will be predominantly 9:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, but will involve a couple of 20:30 finishes (with 12:00 starts) per week if necessary and a flexible approach to hours.

The Sales Advisor / Senior Customer Service Advisor will take predominantly inbound calls and guide existing customers through various processes and gather relevant information. There may be some outbound calling, following up previous contact and assisting customers.

The Sales Advisor / Senior Customer Service Advisor will need previous recent customer service experience in a compliant relevant environment, probably a financial or legal environment. The Senior Customer Service Advisor will need outbound calling experience / the confidence to take or make whatever call is required. The Senior Customer Service Advisor will be engaging, dynamic, results driven, a good problem solver, caring, organised and diligent.

The Sales Advisor / Senior Customer Service Advisor salary is initially £20-22k plus bonus and benefits and training.
