Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager

Proactive People is working with a large wealth management organisation who are looking for Trainee Financial Advisors / Wealth Advice Wealth Management Professionals to join their academy and train to become a Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager. We are looking for suitable individuals UK wide to go through an initial 6 months supported training and overall 2 year programme to become fully qualified.
You will be given £1000 a month assistance for the first six months, with further mentoring, support and assistance whilst you develop over the first two years.
Once qualified the Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager will normally be self employed, although salaried branch opportunities arise, but the commission is better if self employed.
You will be a motivated, natural self starter, capable and credible with an eagerness to build your own business from the ground up, entrepreneurial with excellent people skills.
You will need a desire to build your own wealth management business, so an interest in this sector would be sensible.
There are various options once you’ve completed your first six months, most people usually work within an existing practice or set up their own practice.
The Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager will be able to enjoy remuneration of £100k plus pa once established.
