Sales Director / Software Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Director (SD) with initial technology, marketing and

business knowledge . The role is an opportunity to enhance your sales

career and expand your skills across multiple industries in the SMB

segment.

You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle:

  • ● Lead Generation through Telesales and Email Campaigns.
  • ● Follow up on leads, engage with prospects to identify and qualify

opportunities, and do an initial demo.

  • ● Initiate a sales cycle with the prospect decision maker and involve

other team members in detailed demos and next steps.

As the Sales Director / Business Development Manager you will play a crucial part in the client’s go-to-market strategy by

targeting decision makers in key companies.

Working for a relatively small company, but growing over 50% YoY, as a result,

you will be interacting directly with CXO level people and become part of

the company’s growth story.

A significant portion of your salary will be based on value

of sales closed, and hence you will have significant (and uncapped)

financial gains if you do well.

The Sales Director / Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will need:

  • ● Significant proven Enterprise software sales or equivalent

B2B sales experience.

  • ● Significant contacts(100+) of wholesalers, manufacturers and

distributors in our target industry - Food and Beverages, FMCG,

Manufacturing, Workplace Services, Consumer Packaged goods.

  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Business Skills and personality to engage and impress prospects

both over phone and face-to-face meetings.

  • ● The ability and desire to exceed measurable performance goals, and

an insatiable hunger for closing more deals and earning more sales

commissions.

  • ● A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
  • ● Ability to coordinate and work with remote colleagues and a constant

drive to improve productivity, by simplifying processes and leveraging

technology (sales tools).

The Sales Director salary is £35-40k basic.

Plus 10% of sales (once over £300k).

OTE £60-70k

So, £35-40k, £95-110k (expected OTE) uncapped + car allowance + benefits
