Secondary Sales Advisor / Outbound Customer Service Advisor

Secondary Sales Advisor / Outbound Customer Service Advisor. A Bristol based mobility company is looking for a Secondary Sales Advisor / Outbound Customer Service Advisor to join the team and will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Following up non sales after consultant home visit appointments
  • Explaining the company and product benefits
  • Building rapport and overcoming objections
  • Understanding customer needs, negotiating and influencing the decision process through to sale
  • Working collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager to determine a high level of communication between the teams

This position is Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00. You need to be prepared to work every other Saturday for which you get a day off in the week.

The Secondary Sales Advisor will need:

  • Call centre / call handling experience
  • An excellent phone manner
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Good organisation skills, flexibility, reliability
  • Initiative
