Telesales Team Leader

Telesales Team Leader. A central Bristol based mobility firm need a new Telesales Team Leader to join the team and lead from the front.

As Telesales Team Leader, there are many duties you may be asked to carry out. This is a non-exhaustive list of what is expected of you:

  • Leading from the front, showing what good looks like
  • Carrying out duties as set by the National Call Centre Manager
  • Motivating your team on a daily basis so they achieve and exceed their targets
  • Monitoring daily/weekly/periodically performance and creating and updating spreadsheets to track this
  • Helping to assess current targets and make suggestions to improve these
  • Listening in to calls to assess the department
  • Training new and existing staff members following the induction training log
  • Checking the boards
  • Managing the Rota, assure all shifts are covered adequately
  • Analysing call recordings with your team members to help them improve their own calls
  • Lead Management, converting get site controls checking calls against leads.
  • Provide support and answer general staff enquiries
  • Dealing with Atlas i.e.; sickness/probation/disciplinary documents etc.
  • Involved in 1 – 1’s.

The Telesales Team Leader will need:

The Telesales Team Leader salary is £25k basic, £35k OTE
