B2B Telesales Team Leader

B2B Telesales Team Leader. We are looking for someone who has a passion for building and leading teams to join our client as a Team Lead. This newly formed role will support their growing team to reach exceptional levels of performance by understanding how to get the best out of people. The B2B Telesales Team Leader will manage between 5-8 Sales Development Reps who work remotely.

This position is office based in Bristol.

Preferred but not essential

  • B2B experience
  • Working in a remote environment with globally dispersed teams and clients
  • Knowledge of working with complex global enterprises (Fortune 500, FTSE 250)
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience 
  • Experience with best-in-class Sales Enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Loft, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo)

  • Setting objectives with your team
  • Assessing and developing your team so that they reach their full potential with us. This includes spotting development opportunities in our other divisions.
  • Enabling your team to thrive. This includes onboarding them, ensuring they have all the training they need, and ensuring they are engaged and want to go the extra mile for us.
  • Building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional performance for our clients.
  • Work hand in glove with the People and Talent department to create exceptional experiences for our people
  • Work daily with the Project Management organization to ensure client engagements are resourced correctly with the right mix of skills, experience, and capabilities. 
  • Work with the Divisional Lead and Project Managers to ensure we have forward-looking people capacity to meet our growth objectives

The B2B Telesales Team Leader position is a temp to perm position starting on £20-24ph, permanent after 13 weeks
