Technical Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk Technician

 A West London IT solutions firm is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic IT support technician to join the team. 

The role involves varied support work and project work as well as participating in some consultancy and solution design work. The role involves office based support work including telephone helpdesk and remote support.

You will need skills in Windows Server 2008 upwards, MS Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, Office 365 and Office Suite, TCP IP networking. The Technical Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk Technician will also benefit from skills in remote management and monitoring systems, Hyper-V and VMware, Azure, Sharepoint, PowerShell, VOIP, SSL, Linux, Firewalls Switches and Routers. 

The salary range is £28-38k depending on experience.
