Engineer Planning Coordinator

Engineer Planning Coordinator / Engineering Planner. An Avonmouth, Bristol based equipment firm requires an Engineer Planning Coordinator or planner to join the team and manage the field engineer’s diaries on a daily basis. The company have a large number of field service engineers visiting customers to service, maintain and reactively repair customer equipment, meeting strict SLAs. 

The Engineering Planner will:

• Manage field engineer’s diaries
• Call customers to book in their annual services
• Drive servicing sales
• Keep the customer service team up to date on each engineer’s progress
• Problem solve
• Ensure correct parts are ordered and received by engineers
• Ensure correct labelling of all parts are ready for despatch
• Keep records of jobs completed including time confirmation, parts usage, tasks performed and recommendations
• Ensure chargeable jobs are billed 

The Engineer Planning Coordinator / Engineering Planner will need:

• Relevant experience
• Ability to work alone
• Ability to multi-task
• A strong understanding of safety protocols

The Engineer Planning Coordinator salary is £18.5k + benefits
