Gas Engineer

Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer. A Wellingborough based catering equipment firm need a Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer to join the team and cover a 60 mile radius of Wellingborough working 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer will:

• Work within the catering service industry servicing and repairing equipment in schools, colleges, care homes, universities, hospitals.
• Installation of new kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service.

The Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer will need:
 

• Gas experience and COMCAT  1 3 5 qualifications
• Must be able to obtain a DBS certificate
• Must have a driving licence!

Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer required modules:

• COMCAT1 – Commercial catering appliances (Group 1) i.e. open and solid top range cookers.
• COMCAT3 – Commercial catering appliances (Group 3) i.e. fryers and grills.
• COMCAT5 – Commercial catering appliances (Group 5) i.e. combination oven (rational/lainox).

The Gas Engineer / Catering Engineer salary is £40-50k depending on experience, van, fuel card and work clothing,  mobile and tablet
