Sales Administrator 

Sales Administrator. A central Bristol based mobility firm are looking for a sales administrator to the join the team. The purpose of this position is to provide a link between the call centre, secondary sales and sales department. The role would involve overseeing sales rep appointment boards, updating the call centre manager on available appointments that need to be booked and making sure the operation is run efficiently and effectively. The Sales Administrator role will involve both inbound and outbound calls. 

The Sales Administrator main responsibilities include:

  • Quotes, invoices and order forms for secondary sales.
  • Taking calls from the field sales team
  • Supporting call centre in booking same day appointments – observing logistical requirements and rep availability
  • Liaising with call centre manager regarding any appointment changes, running late, pulling or pushing appointments.
  • Monitor appointment times and pre-empt appointments running late
  • Monitor daily appointment number requirements
  • Update sales team Saturday availability and holiday
  • Check logistics between all appointments
  • Tactically issue appointments based on reps performance
  • Courtesy calls to customers on a Saturday
  • Provide the call centre manager with a selection of different reports

The Sales Administrator required qualities:

The Sales Administrator salary is £18-21k
