Business Support Administrator

Business Support Administrator. A Bradley Stoke based engineering firm need a Business Support Administrator to join the team. Working 8:15-16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:15-16:15 on a Friday the Business Support Administrator will play a key role in business support and operations.

Business Support Administration Assistant duties include:

  • Facilities management including offices and storage units
  • Assist with fleet management for company vehicles
  • Stock control and orders
  • General office administration
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team:
  • Assist with creation of reports and input of data
  • Log air and water samples
  • Liaise with management to cross-check reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team:
  • Deal with internal and external queries via phone and email
  • Price, raise and check quotations
  • Process sales orders
  • Ad-hoc duties as required to suit the need of the business

The Business Support Administrator skills:
