Business Support Administrator
Business Support Administrator. A Bradley Stoke based engineering firm need a Business Support Administrator to join the team. Working 8:15-16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:15-16:15 on a Friday the Business Support Administrator will play a key role in business support and operations.
Business Support Administration Assistant duties include:
- Facilities management including offices and storage units
- Assist with fleet management for company vehicles
- Stock control and orders
- General office administration
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team:
- Assist with creation of reports and input of data
- Log air and water samples
- Liaise with management to cross-check reports
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team:
- Deal with internal and external queries via phone and email
- Price, raise and check quotations
- Process sales orders
- Ad-hoc duties as required to suit the need of the business
The Business Support Administrator skills:

- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
