Recruitment Consultant. A Bristol based recruitment firm are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

You will initially work from home but will be required to work from the Bristol office once it is safe to do so, and may need to attend some training in the office in the first week, depending on previous experience.

The hours of work are 9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

You will need previous significant recruitment consultant experience in a 360 position.

You will need good business development experience.

You will need excellent communication skills – both verbal and especially written.

You will also need good attention to detail and a highly money motivated approach, along with good customer service skills and an ability to overcome objections before they even occur. The Recruitment Consultant will have strong client negotiation experience and strong candidate control.

The salary is £28-38k, £50-62k OTE+++, but fully uncapped with big accelerators for over achievement
