Appointment Booker

Appointment Setter / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Advisor. A Bradley Stoke legal firm need an Appointment Setter / Sales Advisor to join the team. The hours of work are 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

The Customer Sales Advisor will make outbound calls to referred leads to book an appointment. The outbound calls require additional administration and it’s anticipated that you will make around 300 a week in a full time position.

The Appointment Setter / Customer Service Advisor will need outbound calling experience, good customer service abilities and some exposure to sales or selling.

The Appointment Setter / Sales Advisor salary is £19-23k depending on experience, plus benefits and commission, £7.5k OTE on top
