Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive. A Bristol based chartered surveyors are looking for a Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive to join the team.
The Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive will make outbound cold calls in order to book appointments for a surveyor to attend the business face to face on a no obligation no win no fee basis.

The Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive responsibilities include:

  • Generate New Business opportunities.
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads – Most leads are already provided
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of CPA to businesses.
  • Set appointments with the potential correct decision maker.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain and update CRM database



The Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive will need:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills



The Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive salary is £21-24k, £35k OTE
